Viveiro is the capital of the Mariña Occidental de Lugo. An area where some other colonial mansion can be found on the coast. The Camino de Santiago del Norte runs there and, in contrast, the Resurrection Fest is celebrated every year in Viveiro, which also attracts people from all over the world.

The property is located 90 minutes from A Coruña and its airport. Lugo, capital of the province, is just over an hour. And, less than an hour away, there is the border with Asturias.
