An amazing stone house from the 19th century, very well preserved
This amazing manor consists of three floors plus attic, fully rehabilitated and ready to live in. In fact, it is occupied every summer for fortnights. The thick stone walls and the slate roof, as well as the windows, although the house dates from about 1840, are in perfect condition. They have been constantly maintained so that they keep their colonial style intact and preserve it free of damp.
On the ground floor, there is a large lobby with an exit to the back of the house. On the sides, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace and gallery. In the back, the kitchen, with office, cellar / pantry and two toilets plus a broom cupboard. There is also a service double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The wooden staircase takes us to the first floor. There we find two areas on both sides of a large central distributor. The main area of the apartment, which is composed of a spacious living room, the master bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom. And on the other side, surrounding a beautiful living room, four bedrooms. Two of them have ensuite bathroom and, for the other two, there is a common bathroom with a double sink and two individual entrances.
Following the stairs, we go up to the second floor. There are three other bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom. Also two huge storage rooms, on both sides of this floor, which has a total area of 210 m2. Finally, on the attic, there is a storeroom loft of about 70 m2.
